Can I meet you in Essaouira and pay you in cash?

No, as we usually are away from Essaouira. We only accept Paypal payments.

How do I get the keys from the house?

When you receive the contract you will also receive instructions with the address where the keys should be picked up and returned (10 minutes walk from the house) 

I have booked and paid my stay in Dar Zahara. Can I cancel the reservation and get my Money back?

The total paid amount will be returned if the cancellation is done 30 days before checking in. 

50% of the total paid amount will be returned if the cancellation is made within 15 days before checking in.

Can I extend my stay once I've arrived?

Yes, you can extend your stay if the house is free during the following days.

How do I find out? How do I pay?

You will get all this information from the place where you picked up the keys.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 12.00 PM and check out at 10.00 AM.
